Your use of this site and all information is subject to the binding legal terms set forth under our Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale. Throughout the website, “terms” and “Terms” means collectively our Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions of Use, our Return Policy and our Terms and Condition of Sale. You understand that we may update these terms from time to time without giving you any notice. You are responsible for checking this page periodically for changes and updates to the terms. Your use of the site following any posted changes to these terms will be deemed an acceptance of such changes. By virtue of your use of this site, you agree to be bound to all terms and conditions set forth herein and in each part of the web site. If you do not agree with any terms set forth below and in each part of the web site, you are not authorized to use the site for any reason. The purchase of any products offered on GodsGloryBible.com website is subject to the present Terms and Conditions of Sale, Terms and Conditions of Use, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

GodsGloryBible.com is a website owned by BreakinThru, L.L.C. Orders may only be placed on the GodsGloryBible.com website by individual consumers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. Any resale or distribution of God’s Glory products purchased on GodsGloryBible.com website is strictly prohibited. The delivery zone for Gods Glory™ and Flag of Our Faith™ products ordered via the GodsGloryBible.com website is generally limited to the Continental United States.

For each product selected on the GodsGloryBible.com website, a summary page will reflect the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. It is your responsibility to confirm the contents of your order before purchasing your order. Upon purchase, your order will be submitted to GodsGloryBible.com for processing. While every effort is made to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the GodsGloryBible.com products in the photographs displayed on the GodsGloryBible.com website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, neither GodsGloryBible.com nor BreakinThru, L.L.C. shall be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of GodsGloryBible.com, God’s Glory™ Bible and Flag of Our Faith™ products displayed on the GodsGloryBible.com website. GodsGloryBible.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if GodsGloryBible.com has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions of Sal, Terms and Conditions of Use, Return Policy or Privacy Policy, or is engaged in any illegal or fraudulent activity or for any other reason with or without cause.

Offers of products and their prices are valid as they are displayed on the GodsGloryBible.com website, subject to availability. Our best efforts are made to reflect current availability. In exceptional circumstances availability shown on the website may contain errors. In the event that a product may be unavailable, you will be informed of the lack of availability by email or by telephone as soon as possible and you will be able to leave your order on back order or cancel your order.

If you choose to cancel your order before it is processed, you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.

GodsGloryBible.com and BreakinThru, L.L.C. are not liable for lack of stock or unavailability of products.

GodsGloryBible.com and BreakinThru, L.L.C. reserve the right to change at any time and without any previous notice the items shown on the GodsGloryBible.com website.

At the end of the ordering procedure, you may purchase your order by clicking the appropriate button. At the time of confirmation, your order is transmitted to GodsGloryBible.com for fulfillment. The order may not be cancelled after this point except under the express conditions provided in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. By purchasing your order, you accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You will receive an order summary. The data collected by GodsGloryBible.com establish proof of the transactions between you and GodsGloryBible.com. In case of dispute between you and GodsGloryBible.com, the data collected by GodsGloryBible.com shall be irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.

Purchase – Price Payment

The prices of GodsGloryBible.com and BreakinThru, L.L.C. products are indicated in United States Dollars, excluding taxes, if applicable, and shipping costs. GodsGloryBible.com and BreakinThru, L.L.C. reserve the right to change the price of any and all products offered on the GodsGloryBible.com website at any time without any notice to you. The price you have agreed to pay shall be displayed on Confirmation page. Once you confirm your order, you will be charged the prices displayed on the GodsGloryBible.com website at the time your order was confirmed, conditioned upon the fact that the products ordered were available at that time. You are required to pay for any order placed on the GodsGloryBible.com website immediately upon confirmation of your order. All orders are payable in United States Dollars. Your order will only be confirmed only after we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment.

Your payment method will only be debited when you purchase your order. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you the prices, taxes, if applicable, and shipping costs for the products available.

Products purchased via the GodsGloryBible.com website may only be delivered within the Continental United States. Products ordered will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering procedure.

Each God’s Glory™ Bible will be charged actual shipping costs charged to us for ground delivery via United States Post Office or other carrier at our discretion.

Shipping via 2-day or overnight mail will be charged according to the amounts shown on the purchasing platform at the time of order.

All others must contact us for a shipping and handling quote.

In addition to the price and the shipping and handling charges, products delivered in Louisiana and Tennessee will be charged applicable state and municipality sales tax.

For delivery outside the Continental United States, additional charges will apply. All orders for delivery outside the Continental United States must contact us for a shipping and handling quote. We try to bill only for exact charges, but delivery outside the Continental United States may require extra handling and thus be charged for that handling.

Estimated delivery times:

Ground: allow between four and ten business days from the date of your order and the date of delivery.

2-Day: your order must reach us before Noon (Eastern Time). It will be delivered within two business days.

Overnight: your order must reach us before Noon (Eastern Time). It will be delivered the following business day. Not available for addresses outside the Continental United States.

If you are not sure of your zip code, contact the United States Postal Service.

We will provide you with the shipping charges for the shipment method you have selected in the confirmation. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes if applicable, on the products ordered.

GodsGloryBible.com reserves the right to divide your order into partial shipments.

Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding ten (10) business days should be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. Any and all claims for undelivered products must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order or said claims will not be accepted.

You assume the risk, including but not limited to, loss, theft and/or damage to the delivered products upon delivery. It is your responsibility to confirm that your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (opened package, damaged products, etc.) on the delivery notice before accepting delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the products, you may return them within the thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the Return Policy.

GodsGloryBible.com, God’s Glory™ Bible and BreakinThru, L.L.C. are limited in liability to the amount paid for the product sold to the customer who purchased the product. Customers hold harmless GodsGloryBible.com, God’s Glory™ Bible and BreakinThru, L.L.C. for any and all other damages. GodsGloryBible.com, God’s Glory™ Bible and BreakinThru, L.L.C. are not responsible for any losses, including those resulting from theft of identity or losses in connection therewith.

These terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use, all incorporated herein by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us. The use of the GodsGloryBible.com website and the purchase of any products offered on the GodsGloryBible.com website are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Privacy Policy, our Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use, all incorporated by reference into these terms. They supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and GodsGloryBible.com relating to your use of the site. If any of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not impact any other provision of these terms, all of which will remain in full force and effect. These terms are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to any choice of law provisions. Although you acknowledge that we will have the ability to enforce our rights in any court of competent jurisdiction, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, Louisiana, regarding any and all disputes relating to these terms, or to your use of the site.

All other God’s Glory™ and Flag of Our Faith® related marks and logos, whether or not registered, displayed on the GodsGloryBible.com web site, as well as the domain name “GodsGloryBible.com” and “FlagofOurFaith.com” are and will remain the exclusive property of BreakinThru, L.L.C. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks for any purpose without prior, express written agreement by BreakinThru, L.L.C. is prohibited.

Return Policy

Before making any returns, please contact us at info@GodsGloryBible.com for instructions.

God’s Glory™ Bible wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

However, we must limit the time for when returns can be made. Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, items that have been personalized in any manner are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. God’s Glory™ Bible has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned and GodsGloryBible.com, God’s Glory™ Bible and BreakinThru, L.L.C., its owners or employees will not be responsible or liable to you if any product returned is lost or misdirected.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase – or we will try to locate your order in our system.

Refunds (if within 30 days of purchase)
Before making any returns, please contact us at info@GodsGloryBible.com for instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, God’s Glory™ Bible will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your original form of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email at info@GodsGloryBible.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 50576, New Orleans, LA 70150. If you exchange products, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded, but you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery by standard delivery. Only one exchange will be honored. Shipping costs incurred by you for returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (e.g., product reference error, damaged goods, etc.). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts
For items received as a gift obtained from the GodsGloryBible.com website, you may only request a merchandise exchange. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Only merchandise exchanges or credits will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

For this reason, please use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
